Postage and Delivery

I post throughout the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and Channel Islands. Parcels are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For service. Oversize items are sent via Parcel Force.

Please ensure your provided delivery address is complete and accurate. I assume no responsibility for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.  If a package is returned to me after non-delivery, the buyer will be asked to advise the correct address and charged for the additional postage in full.

I aim to despatch the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) for orders received before 6pm. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday. This service is subject to product availability and/or size restrictions.

Orders for a large selection of fabric cut to order may take longer to process but I will advise you in this case. It is important that you provide a daytime telephone number so that I can contact you if I need to discuss delivery of your order.

Once dispatched, it will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For. I always dispatch as quickly as possible, but during ongoing busy times it can take up to 5 working days after the date ordered for it to leave me.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting me. This is the timescale quoted by Royal Mail before they will allow a claim for non-delivery

All postage charges are calculated by a combination of weight and value.  Depending on the size, weight and value of the parcel, some larger packages may be sent using an insured courier. I reserve the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk and/or weight of the item being shipped. If this is the case I will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.

Delivery address and availability:

  • Please check that your delivery address has been correctly entered at checkout. I accept no responsibility for errors in addresses.

  • Please notify me if you have a pre-order and may be away / on holiday during the expected window of delivery. I cannot advise when I will ship the pre-order, but please notify me of any absence that may affect the safe delivery of your order.

  • It is your responsibility to update me if your address changes between the date of ordering and the date of dispatch of the pre-order / order. I accept no responsibility for goods delivered to incorrect addresses.
