Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, items purchased by mail order may be returned, providing you notify me within fourteen days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered.
You must advise me that you need to return an item prior to sending it back as I may be able to resolve the issue through alternative means.
I am not able to accept returns for cut fabrics, trimmings, haberdashery or made to measure items unless specifically pre-agreed.
Please note that pre-orders are not subject to cancellation or refund. Fabric is ordered based on pre-orders and as such is not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please note the date of delivery is an estimate but may be subject to delays which are completely out of my control.
I cannot accept returns of printed paper patterns. Printed patterns can be copied easily and I need to protect the intellectual property of the designer.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. If they are not, I will not be able to issue you with any refund.
Goods must be returned within fourteen days of the cancellation date.
I will issue a full refund less any voucher value or discount and processing fees that was applied to the order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to me unless I have delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is defective.
Your returns should be well packed and clearly labelled with the reason for the return
It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, I cannot offer compensation. Please remember, proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Any returned goods must be in saleable condition, as detailed above.
I reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Notification is via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order. I assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations, or email notification failure.
